Design of 15 springs types MITCalc - Springs - 15 types 1.14 The calculation is intended for the purposes of geometric and strength designs of metal springs of various types and designs (15 types), subjected to static or cyclic loads. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language and supports Imperial and Metric units. Is based on ANSI, ISO and DIN standards.

This seems like a nice spreadsheet although it's not quite what I was looking for. A bit more documentation and instructions would make it easier to use...

Hello, this calculator appears to be very useful, however I was looking for calculations on a spiral (like clock) spring loaded radially. Good luck with it and please let me know if you develop this capability.

springs 15 types Unfortunately the software does not handle helical compression springs with variable pitch. This would be a useful inclusion. I am especially interested in variable pitch conical compression springs. A help section that defines parameters would also be useful. For example, what is section 4.16, coil shift?

Design Engineer Thanks. Am eager to test the software.

KATO revolutionized the wire insert market KATO Apps 1.3 KATO revolutionized the wire insert market with the introduction of Tangless(R) CoilThread(R) inserts, now KATO introduces the most powerful product search application for helical coil screw thread inserts and tools. With three search options (Style _ Size, MS/MA Number or NAS/NA Number) the KATO App makes it extremely simple to locate product and technical information for any helical coil screw thread insert. The KATO Apps contains the most

Design and strength check of bevel gear MITCalc - Bevel Gear Calculation 1.16 Geometric design and strength check of spur gear with straight, helical and curved toothing. Application is developed in MS Excel, is multi-language and supports Imperial and Metric units. Is based on ANSI/AGMA and ISO/DIN standards and support many 2D and 3D CAD systems (AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, IntelliCAD, Ashlar Graphite, TurboCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Pro/E).

Dear Sir/Madam,My name is Ehsan and I am doing my PhD in electrical engineering. In the direction of my thesis I have to compare the dynamic model of bevel gear with Spur one. I was wondering can you help me in this regard and provide me some information or reference for me.I would appreciate if you could reply back to me.Yours faithfully,Ehsan
